Property management tool. Useful for maintenance requests and the like. Login here (there’s also a mobile app which is just a thin wrapper around the web page. You first need to be invited. Ask the Duna Front Desk Whatsapp for an invite for your unit.

They usually prefer DoorLoop for any complicated requests (like maintenance), but it’s good for answering questions and for getting a DoorLoop invite in the first place. Whatsapp seems faster to reply than email in general.

There’s a garbage can in the stairwell on each floor, emptied daily. Temporary method.
