We the “Friendly Societies”, are a worldwide alliance of small communities. We see ourselves as a union of free people and share the conviction that the constant work on ourselves leads to a better coexistence in the world. Our ethical stance and basic principles are:

• Peace, the non-aggression principle.
• Voluntary solidarity with those in emergencies.

We are committed to providing mutual support in emergencies, based on the principles of personal responsibility, trust and voluntary solidarity.
